We require a minimum of 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Guests who do not give the required notice or DO NOT SHOW UP may be subject to a charge of the full appointment amount or may be asked to pay in advance for all future appointments. (These payments are non-refundable and may not be applied to any future missed appointments.)
